Some Basic Guideline for Online Application:

1. Open ojas.guj.nic.in or mirror link at ojas1.guj.nic.in

2. Click on Apply online at top left corner and then on Link of Vacancy

3. Now click on detail if you want any details regarding or click on Apply Online

4. After clicking on Apply Online form will be appears. You have to fill all the details and all the colums, whichever is not applicable to you click other extra option given and then last click on Save Button at bottom

5. After clicking on Save Button if any error has occurse then solve and again click Save Button, one Code will be generated. Write down this code or copy to other text file for future referance.

6. Now click on upload photo then upload passport size phto and signature but make sure thet both picture must be 10kb in size otherwise it will not uploaded. After completing photo pload process. Confirm the Application

7.To confirm Application Click on Confirm Button at Top of Site if all details are competed and photo successfuly uploaded then one Confirmation Code will generated. Write down this code for futer referance this code neccesary for Applcation Printing.

8. Here your Application is successfully submitted and you will get confirmation sms on your mobile as well as on your email address.
